Use:

For best results, steep 1 sachet for 6-8 minutes in 12 ounces of boiling water. Use less water for stronger tasting tea and more water for milder tasting tea. Add sweetener or milk to taste. Use 1-3 sachets daily. Enjoy hot or cold.
